One thing school has already taught me is that I'll be drinking a lot of coffee and leaving a lot of notes for the people in my life during the next two years. Maybe you too?
This cup might not be so helpful, but these plates sure would.

So why are most plates round? Is there a historical reason - a cost reasons, the dead weight of always having round plates?
this is a good reference question - why are plates round? Are they round in other cultures? periods?
