A few days ago I had fun looking around & taking pictures at Good Egg, a very well curated book & houseware shop. It's mostly cooking and kitchen focused, but they also stock knickknacks, toys, and children's books.
Here's what I brought home: 
yes, it's barbapapa. a barbapapa piggy bank. esme looks skeptical. oh, well..
and a small green solar powered radio that's perfect for my bedside table.

I have watched Barbapapa when I was young and I like the black one so much. I also have a cat like you, his name is mew-dum.
